National Qualifier: Lincoln Douglas Debate
El Faggo qualified for nationals in Lincoln Douglas Debate; placing 1st in the state. El will attend the National Tournament held June 10-15 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as one of three Idaho representatives in L.D. Debate.

National Qualifing Forensic League Tournament Speech Competition
This years Idaho district N.F.L. Tournament was hosted by Hillcrest High.
Making it to the Semi-Finals in the Speech competition were:
El Faggo-Foreign Extemporaneous Speaking
Greg Cheyne- Foreign Extemporaneous Speaking
Yosef El-kher-Domestic Extemporaneous Speaking
Placing were: Anthony Ortega & Luke Felt (Duo Interpretation) 2nd Alternate
Briteny Bishop (Oratory) 2nd Alternate
Greg Cheyne and Daniel Miller also placed in the top ten for policy debate

National Qualifier: American Legion High School Oration
El Faggo took 1st place in the American Legion Department of Idaho State Oratorical contest, and El will attend the National Competition held in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 6-9. The contest featured a ten-minute prepared oration on the Constitution and the obligations of the American citizen under it, and a five-minute extemporaneousimpromptu speech.
